      Pros

      Fun environment that helps create fun relationships with all employees. The company really values the customers experience, if you don't have a strong background with high end clientele this is a great place to get it. They are growing so quickly that opportunities are endless! They have an "A-Team" that focuses on products, and a "Master Stylist" team that focuses on helping stylists perfect their craft. If neither of those are what you want to do, the management team will help you grow into an assistant manager or manager, they love to provide growth for internal employees. It's very family oriented and they love to hear feedback from all employees!

      They expect stylists to provide the absolute best service they can to each and every client!

      Pros

      There is so much opportunity to grow with Drybar since they love to promote from within. Work hard and you will definitely see the benefits. The environment is very laid back and fun which makes coming to work every day something to look forward to. Great employees who tend to become more like friends and family rather than just co-workers.

      Cons

      Drybar is very fast-paced and things are constantly changing and growing. If multitasking isn't your thing, then Drybar may not be for you.

      Pros

      It's a company that does what they say. We look for similar personality traits at Drybar so everyone around me and in our shops are always welcoming and supportive. There are many growth opportunities and if you work hard the opportunities are endless. While it's a fast pace environment its something you go into the job knowing and I love it. I'm lucky enough to work around such great intelligent people.

      Cons

      Definitely can be a distracting environment at times, However I think it's a negative that is a positive. It causes me to focus more and is teaching more and more each day how to multi task.
