Pros

the discount and free blowouts.

Cons

everything was horrible! Manager has no idea of what she is doing. writing up stylists is all she could do. she would have a stylist sign an empty unfilled out oops form. They make you come in for one client and pray she do not cancel. She makes employees do work off the clock. no break what so ever. The shop educator would steal tips and commission. they tell you to stay home when you already arrived at work.

Drybar "Bartender" Issues

Pros

The perks of free blowouts was amazing, and our products were great. Clientele is usually nice.

Cons

There is no room to move up, and too often the front of shop receptionists "bartenders" as they call them, are giving managerial tasks. The stylists do no like us telling them what to do, and I don't blame them.

Pros

Fun people to work with, can be flexible with hours, good music selections, different types of clientele, discounts on products

Cons

Overworked labor, little to no breaks at all, poor management, barely if any incentives.
