      Cons

      When hired we were hired as a from home position, this then changed to a in office position. Due to family commitments I informed them that the transition would take a little while. However next I know I am terminated. There is no team atmosphere here, and wouldn't recommend it to others

      Pros

      Friendly environment depending on your shop. Potential for growth as the company is always growing. Great company to work for when you are young. As a stylist, you can make good money.

      Cons

      Management can be a little underdeveloped or absent. You cover alot of bases for little pay.

      its a good name to have on your resume. easy hire, they hire anyone with two hands

      Cons

      over worked and under paid, working there feel like you working in a regular retail store because it all about the sales. they took away our monthly bonus. only management get health benefits, management is lazy and unorganized, they leave important papers such as direct deposit, ss# and copies of license laying around the office. never submit your paper to HR, checks are late, money missing from check, bartenders steal your tips, management hang out drinking and smoking with stylist and bartenders while on the clock, dont get a break most of the time
