      Pros

      Tips from clients are good depending the area you are in. Clients are also provided to you. They will probably hire you even if you don't have the skills because they need the stylists from people quitting all the time.

      Cons

      you will always be part time even if you have a full time schedule set up. you will need a second job and they encourage you to have one so you cant blame them for not having hours. Breaks are only provided on a slow day. If its really busy you will not get one. Management will call you off depending on how much they like you.

      Where do I start… you are treated like a machine when the salon is booked and a housekeeper when it is slow, should you get the privilege to be scheduled at all. If business is slow you get called off and hours cut.
