-Free blowouts -Discounted products -Shifts aren't too long

Cons

-Pay for parking unless it's street, only 2 managers get validation -Cliques in the shop cause problems scheduling and client distribution -Managers often stack stylists with clients then blame them for burnout -Sometimes you miss lunch and you have to be OK with it -Short staffed a lot
