Pros
They'll allow you to promote your business or salon outside of the company The education is basic at first but stylists and educators both work with you on personal goals The connections you have the opportunity to make are one in a million Staff is incredible, you'd think a salon would be full of drama but everyone really is excited to learn and grow together
Cons
Not making commission on the actual blowouts sucks Start time is 7AM Educators only make a few dollars more than stylists but have a much heavier workload and responsibilities, doesn't seem worth it
