Pros

Some of the people are great. The hours aren't very demanding, but they hate allowing overtime or hiring full-time so good luck if you're looking at this as a main source of income.

Cons

Management is horrible. Completely unnecessary drama often between coworkers. Appointments are booked for amounts of time that are just not feasible and some of the clients will get angry at you if you can't seat them immediately. No room for growth as a receptionist, only stylists.

Pros

Honestly the only pro is that the owner is super nice and getting your hair done once a month for free

Cons

The management and employee suck they are disrespectful adults who act as if they are entitled to something and they gossip and talk about people like they are in high school. Half of them barely want to do your hair and if you’re not liked by a selected few you will be miserable. The pay also sucks
