Drybar became my first ever job in 2019, and I’ve been here ever since. I have so many great things to say, they couldn’t all possibly fit in this response. I am beyond thankful for the opportunities I have had through Drybar, and for my Drybar family. Seriously, best place ever!

Cons

Sometimes the occasional cranky client, but that’s why we are here! To turn that frown upside down!

Always busy and clientele are really nice. they provide flexible hours for anyone’s schedule.

Cons

Turnover rate is high due to employees dissatisfied with how management places blame on team members. There is a lot of The need for empathy and compassion in this shop. Just be careful with your time at this shop.
