Pros

Can build your own clientele if you are passionate in what you do. A great start to build experience if it's your first job out of cosmetology school. Tips!

Cons

No breaks, sweatshop literally. Always understaffed and no lunch breaks.

Pros

My Co-workers are amazing people and hard workers

Cons

Low on back bar products 30% of products are discontinued No way to bonus because there’s no retail to sell to clients. Most of the stuff is out of stock and too hard to reorder through drybar. Low stock on updo tools ( no bobby-pins for weeks) All appointments are booked at 45 minutes, doesn’t matter if they have textured hair or extensions. No management
