There No Pros At All

Cons

Lack of education- you are expected to do style that you haven’t been trained to do . No product - store ran out of product for weeks ! Had to buy product from Sally’s and the cheapest product at that No breaks- no 15 min break no lunch break Over worked - you take clients back to back from the beginning of your day to the end of your day Horrible work conditions Over crowded- overstaffed and over booked . There aren’t enough chairs for the stylist however they system continues to book clients

Pros

Clientele was great and usually friendly

Cons

This company dropped us all like flies and furloughed us with no benefits during covid and then opened an “employee relief fund” and we all got like $200 total. Drybar, put more value in your employees.
