      Free blowouts, discounted products, and flexibility with scheduling

      All the weight falling on you when a stylist calls out. Stylist always had a problem with one another. Felt like I was being micromanaged.

      None at all! It was a horrible job

      Don’t waste your time with this franchise. The worst place to work! Management sucks and the clients treat you like trash bc management allows it. Not to mention the money is poor and the lack of benefits is wild.

      you can work with some really awesome stylists and people. tips can be good. was able to pick up shifts during the week.

      Cons

      management is horrible. i’ve never dealt with management that was SO chaotic. seems as though rules are made up on the fly and they only apply to certain people. HR is non existent health benefits are horrible understaffed/overbooked only one break had us deep cleaning the bathrooms and cleaning baseboards. too many people are allowed to mess with the books. they allow clients to talk to staff crazy. bugs! having management be plumbers to fix sinks, instead of having actual people come in. don’t even have water for staff.
