Pros

Great work atmosphere. Very open door policy. Always opportunities to learn.

Cons

DuPont considers themselves a "Science Company" but they are mainly geared toward agriculture. If you are not in an agriculture business it feels as though you are only there to fund agriculture. Companies focus seems questionable at times.
