Pros

This place will feed you. Meals at almost every meeting and sometimes surprise breakfast. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very independent. Your boss will almost never tell you what to do. Expected to find work yourself.

Cons

Horrible documentation. Onboarding is horrible because there is such little documentation or retention of information it's crazy.
