      good company with strong history .... needs a strong vision for the future.

      Pros

      history of innovative products, good benefits, dedicated workforce - many of whom want to do more but find it challenging with lack of resources.

      Cons

      top heavy - leadership keep their jobs while the 'worker bees' are cut. Needs leaders with vision - not more managers. safety has evolved to risk aversion. Not a lot of room for growth and development.

      You can learn a lot if you decide to do it Nice incentive to study Global company Nice low level employees

      The carrots never gets released, no continuity when boss is changed, although one of the core values is respect for people, this concept is not well recognized by some leaders

      Pros

      Big company with a lot of opportunities in different fields. Work life is taken into account by management. You can have the opportunity of working with people with huge experience in the bussiness.

      Cons

      Sometimes the "walk the talk" is not done by management or employees, so do not trust everything you hear about how great the company is. For example, safety is one of the core values, but nowadays is getting more and more common see how some managers basically do not care and top management just accept. Money is becoming more and more important
