      Pros

      Good benefits, flexible working hours, great learning and travel opportunities, praise and recognition for your work. Lots of focus on innovation and they actively ask for individual input. A company that's moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      Most cons will be the direct result of the dept you work for. There may be lots of politics to deal with.

      R&D has provided a good work environment until the consolidation with the Mt Clemens site.

      Pros

      While at the Troy site, it was more like family than work. A very tight knit group. The facilities were very nice and organized. It was a shame to see it go.

      Cons

      The facilities at Mt Clemens are in terrible shape. To many people crammed into a very small area. There is not enough equipment to work effective.
