      Good company but slow management

      Pros

      Dupont is company with long history and good products. Many SBU with very different product lines, therefore opportunities for change. Various flexible work options are available. Good working environment. Compensation level varies, but generally quite good in management, Very good company to work until retirement.

      Cons

      Very matrix environment, constant struggle to understand who is responsible. No clear direction from top management, sometimes it seems they do not have sound strategy, just go with the flow and see what happen. There are few people who do actual work, and many who rely on others performing. Little focus on teams and team work, weak top down communication, no bottom up communication. Processes are not clear and not reviewed in years.
