A lot of mandatory overtime They don't allow you to leave when there's a lack of work, even on overtime Disorganized/poor communication Not much in the way of raises "A/C" advertised is minimal and ineffective Poor upper management Not very forward thinking

Management thinks they are so very important that it is an insult to have to deal with the employees that do all of the work.
