      Great people to work with on the production floor. Always on your toes. Needs lots of improvements. Great bosses.

      Cons

      Limited resources. No lean, six sigma, or continuous improvement. No records or corrupted data in every department. Difficult to resolve or root cause any and all problems (systematic or paperwork).
