      Interesting Work, Good Team, and Flexible Work/Life Balance

      Pros

      Lower stress than consulting standards yet we do great work and clients are always pleased. Very intelligent people in every department and leadership is quite good. Must be a self starter so great for mid-level careers. Great CEO and good work/life balance

      Cons

      No bonuses this year and since transitioning to ESOP there is some stagnation in share price potentially. Work comes and goes in consulting so part of it is luck when getting on a team that has recurring work.

      Pros

      I've had a great experience working at Dudek. I have had lots of learning opportunities and my hard work is truly noticed and recognized. As long as you take ownership of your work, the work environment is super flexible and enjoyable. Benefits are great and the company being 100% employee-owned is a huge plus.

      Cons

      No cons. If you are self-motivated and are someone who takes ownership of their work, you'll be fine. There is lots of support and everyone is always willing to help.
