      Pros

      Team building, training, project management assistance, collaboration, work from home occasionally, benefits are amazing, Vacation and Sick time, flexible schedules, several offices!

      Cons

      Overwhelming work load better than half of the time, tons of meetings/webinars/training/meetings/meetings/meetings. Sometimes there is too much work and deadlines have to be pushed back on "more important" projects.

      Pros

      Great location right by beach, many company activities, and they offer great benefits with little wait time. 2 weeks vacation, week sick.

      Cons

      Little direction from management, high work load that was not balanced between co-workers. Many days with long hours can be expected.

      This is a laid back company that offers flexibility, great health benefits, decent pay, variety of clients / projects, and on the most part good people.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement (to advance it was based on politics rather than knowledge/talent). The company is top heavy..,meaning more managers securing the work rather than people to actually do the work.
