      I am loving my time at Dudek!

      Pros

      My favorite thing is the people – I love being a part of a team and how collaborative the work is. Everyone wants everyone else to succeed, and since we’re an ESOP that matters. Also, I love being able to work remotely, as it allows me to be dedicated to my job and allows me the work-life balance that matters most to me as a parent who must run kids to sports at the end of every day! In the future, I hope to see us growing but maintaining the same company culture so many of us love – something I do expect to happen. My best accomplishment is just growing the team and implementing process improvements that make everyone’s jobs easier.

      A welcome change

      Pros

      I've been at Dudek for about a year. I've worked at other consulting firms and was a little reluctant to continue working in consulting due to past experiences (extremely high workloads, burnout, company only focusing on the bottom line, etc.). While the workload does fluctuate here, the attitude is very different. Dudek has really shown me how much the company values employees and wants to retain us.

      Cons

      Like any consulting firm, there will be periods of high and low workloads.
