      Pros

      Great culture that is built on mutual trust and respect. Good benefits and wellness programs. Competitive compensation and incentive program. A focus on DEI initiatives. The company's mission is easy to get behind, a lot of exciting projects that are making our communities and environment better!

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and with that comes change, most of it positive, but sometimes it feels like a lot is happening on top of the work.
