      Too big too fast

      It is a great office location in the heart of Encinitas, California.

      Cons

      Dudek tried to grow too big too fast. Abrupt changes and restructuring that are not explained. It was a phenomenal place to work before the old guard retired.

      Decent sized company, direct overhead management lacks

      Managers keep everything compartmentalized. Lack of communication Pay could be more competitive Job outlook was always uncertain, work was never guaranteed

      Below average pay Constantly interviewing because people quite almost every week

      Cons

      Consistently ghost candidates in the middle of the hiring process. Will call your current employer saying you are looking for a job asking what bad habits you may possess, if you’re married and have kids (which is all illegal). Ask your current employer if you have any disabilities (also illegal). And ask their thoughts on why you are looking for a new job.
