Pros
Collaboration with a deep bench of very talented people, trust is rewarded with great work. Great ideas are shared, co-workers take pride in being helpful and responsive.
Cons
May not be the best fit for someone who is less inclined to be a self-starter, needs a bit of hand-holding, who may favor less collaboration or perhaps performs better with many rules and structure common to a very large firm or perhaps the public sector.--which is in no way a knock on folks who prefer a very silo'd workplace regime. It's just, this isn't that.
