      Pros

      Culture is the driving force at Dudek, hands down. I have spent most my career at Dudek, and for good reason, management is supportive of professional growth and encourages entrepreneurial exploration of the market sectors where our clientele is found. Dudek emphasizes personal responsibility while empowering staff to do their best work. The flat staff structure promotes team building and collaboration and de-emphasizes titles. We are guided by the collective success of our employees, not business dogma.

      Cons

      The lack of staff structure does not appeal to all personalities. Those people who need structure will find it difficult to operate within the company. Staff who have passion and motivation to work in a fluid professional environment will flourish at Dudek.

      Can't Imagine Working Anywhere Else

      At Dudek, it's all about the people. Having reached the 10-year milestone I can confidently say that my colleagues are the best of the best... hard-working, smart, motivated, passionate, fun. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. The culture is based largely on trust. Employees are self-empowered. Opportunities are endless if you are motivated. Management is compassionate and mentorship is growing.

      Cons

      Work environment might be too flexible for some - who require more structure.
