Pros

This is a very stable and modern organization. The best thing about the power industry is that you're guaranteed a job until something better than electricity comes by. Upper management is very understanding to your needs.

Cons

No cons that I can think of.

Pros

Everyone is extremely helpful and willing to help you learn. The mentors that you are assigned with for the most part are willing to help you learn and be useful at what you are doing.

Cons

Didn't get an offer after co-op. The company at the time is not concerned with hiring college students, they more hire for the position that is needed at that time.
