Pros

Currently the benefits are excellent and the pay is above average. Start with a prorated two weeks of vacation and unlimited (within reason) sick time plus 3 personal days.

Cons

Due to the recent corporate consolidation, any Cincinnati job deemed corporate is being transitioned to Charlotte, NC. This includes most of legal, IT, human resources, and accounting and finance.

Pros

Fortune 500 company, access to latest technology, interesting company and service delivery. Very nice working environment, nice facilities. Company has a great reputation in the communities it serves.

Cons

Layers and layers of management slow down the development process. Many decisions require multiple layers of approval. Work is paced in short bursts of productivity.
