Hardly home only home 6 days out the month, They will lay you off for no reason, doesn’t communicate well. Seems like theirs really no sense of guidance. Have to deal with a lot of different personalities because you’re always working with someone different. Can’t trust no one, they’ll make you drive sometimes 14-15hrs in a raggedy truck and you can’t go past 60 miles per hour or else you’ll get a alert and a phone call and for all that driving you’ll only get maybe 40-50 dollars for miles driven and sometimes you might not get paid for the miles you drove although they tell you , you will get paid for it so you have to constantly check your pay to make sure they put it on there. You have some crew leaders that don’t know how to talk to ppl or lead. Workers have history of getting in physical altercations because of it. Work with a lot of idiots some cool people too
