      Pros

      Duluth had great paid training that was all done from my home. They sent me the computer, I just needed to supply a monitor and high speed internet access. Great employee support and discounts.

      Cons

      They require at least one weekend day and during the holidays it can get very busy with long hours (over 40 hours per week).
