      Great mottos An outdoor quality product enthusiasts lifestyle

      Cons

      Everything we went through and signed during orientation has changed. -allowed days off -agreed upon schedules now requiring not discussed days -withholding seasonal pay until after peak season but they change the rules in the middle to help ensure you don’t get it -a TON of slackers and free loaders... accepted. Be 2 minutes late and it’s an “occurrence”. -write your for errors but nite wars for no errors. No reward for over production. What’s to stop us hard workers from taking up the same snails pace as these others?

      Coworkers. Scheduling flexibility if your manager is decent.

      Cons

      Discounts weren’t enough to make clothing affordable on our income. Every corporate department is on a different page, so unorganized. Take advantage of anyone who is trying to work hard to move up.

      Some favoritism occurs; Seasonal employee issues; Trainers and Dept Leads should get paid more/hr.
