      Pros

      Good people on the floor working with you. Respectable amount of training to get you ready. Pay was ok.

      Cons

      Schedule comes out 4-5 days before it begins. Work job and location can change without notice. Required weekend work during peak season (like every Saturday in January). Management can be extremely unfriendly and cold to the crew. dirty underwear.

      I was hired for seasonal work as home agent but was led to believe some hours could be picked up after peak.

      Quality product. Kind trainers. Assist there to help. Plenty of hours available during peak.

      Cons

      Focus on speed vs customer comfort. Too many wrong or late orders Told I was done by an empty box sent for equipment return. No note. No outside email as when they request help. Outdated technology
