Location is in the middle of no where. They say on their website they are located in Madison, but really it's a 45 minute drive from Madison. They're a lot of people in the Call Center and Warehouse that they won't let work over 30 hours so they don't have to pay out benefits. If you work in the corporate area, they won't let you work from home. A lot of the corporate team plays favorites. Although it is a growing company, your chance for advancement does not exist.

Corporate does not care about it's employees. An employee is to wear their items, but even at a discount, they are not affordable. With the giant stock of items, corporate does not acknowledge employees at Christmas though it's the employees that work their butts off at that time of year. Cold company to work for.
