      Great employee discount for all purchases. Flexible hours. Ability to trade, add or give away shifts with other employees. Possibility to work from home or go to call center to work.

      Sometimes you get cut early if it's slow.

      Pros

      The people you work with are the best reason to continue to work at DTC. The benefits are benefits.

      Cons

      Can get repetitive/boring if it would bother you. Leads are extremely catty and play 1st shift vs 2nd shift games way too often. Management does not care, AT ALL, about the feelings of any of the employees, to the point of when the end of Returns in its old location was announced, they were more concerned with ending the meeting than answering any concerns. Peak season could be excused, if they didn't change the schedule, regularly, with less than one month notice.
