Great coworkers, and great clients that cheer up your day. A great way to help someone's life. Very limited interactions with supervisors

Cons

Many house leads and supervisors are power hungry and make the job more difficult than it should be. The supervisors don't communicate very well with staff, and it feels like staff have to do everything on their own. Do not work here! They hire almost anybody, and their pay is not competitive at all. No opportunity for raises!

The best thing about working at dungarvin was that it had really flexible hours and it fit into my schedule plus i really enjoyed helping others and made sure that i put a smile on their faces

Cons

Some of the downside was that i moved to another state so it was kind of a no brainer to look for new job

Lack of communication between the recruiters , house management, and program coordinator. They will mess up your hours and time without a mention to you and then when you ask them, you get a run-around. And the worst part, you get paid HALF for working overtime. If you make 12.24/hr and your hour is from 6-10 A.M. if You still until 1 pm...from 10 A.M. to 1 pm, you are making 6.12/hr. They literally pay you half of your time for working overtime. They don’t pay you time AND a half...they just pay you the half part
