Pros

They have an exceptional training program geared to specific job titles and positions. There is a very healthy and inclusive work environment. They encourage healthy life work balance, and competitive benefits packages. Excellent opportunity for growth.

Cons

Not a lot of cons, the only ones I can think of is salaries could always be a bit higher but that's likely true for most companies. from a managerial role that participates in weekly on call rotation, that week can be very draining.
