Pros

Advocates and care for developmentally delayed and intellectually challenged adults, diverse staff.

Cons

- While they care and advocate for developmentally delayed and intellectually challenged adults, they do not care for their employees with disabilities. My disabilities were ignored. - I got written up for not being able to do 4 people's worth of work. - They did not provide adequate resources to successfully do my job. - They pay nowhere close to a living wage. - Upper management (C-Suite) clueless on their employee's needs.

Thank you for your feedback. We value your input and will be sharing this information with appropriate leadership. Although it is by no means an excuse for your particular experience, our industry is in the midst of a widespread staffing crisis. Thank you for all of your contributions as a valued Dungarvin team member.

Pros

- It seems most of the corporate employees get to work from home. - Awesome flexibility with hours. - Plenty of growth opportunity including transferring into new departments to learn new skills. - Leaders care about promoting within and growing their current employees skillset. - Teams are created within the departments so you still get to know your co-workers a decent amount. - Fun activities here for those that want to get to know their co-workers even more. - Working with IDD population itself is so rewarding.

Cons

- Pay is not competitive (but it's still average) - The company is growing like crazy and so the changes that will be happening (aka more and more policies are being created) make it harder to feel like you have an influence with what your daily routine looks like.
