5yAt Dungarvin we do practice and adhere to federal guidelines in regards to pay and hours. Unfortunately, with the COVID 19 crisis we have asked that staff step up and rise to the occasion as an essential employer as not everyone can continue to work. Overtime wages are 1.5 times the employee's regular hourly rate and is optional.
BOTH items you mention allegation we take very seriously and request you to call your HR dept or State Director so we can start any potential investigation immediately; especially those involving abuse or neglect.
