Working with my team writhing my department.

Cons

Let’s just be honest! this place runs on poor leadership or, more often, no leadership at all. No direction, no accountability, just chaos at the top. The pay? It’s a joke for the amount of work that’s expected. Benefits? Barely worth mentioning, definitely not competitive. Support is non-existent. You’re on your own, and when something goes wrong, good luck finding help. Add in the poor gas mileage and questionable safety protocols, and it's clear the people in charge aren’t thinking long-term ,or even short-term. It’s not just frustrating. It’s exhausting. It was the worst experience iv ever had.

Knowing that I am a part of something impactful and important to people in need of supports in my community is energizing. I have the utmost respect and trust in my team and our leaders.

Cons

Impactful work can be emotionally draining as much as it is fulfilling. It is important to take time to refresh and recharge when needed.
