      Flexible hours and lots of overtime if that's what you want

      Cons

      Everything else. Poor management. Neglectful to clients to save money. Supervisors never listen to you. Short staffed because everyone quits. Low pay for what you're doing. Not much room to move up. I quit and was STILL able to collect unemployment because of how they treated clients.
