Pros are easy work in most homes and you make your own schedule

Cons

Sometimes your relief doesn’t come and you get stuck for hours and you have to work a lot to maintain enough pay to take care of yourself

my boss is amazing, very understanding and flexible and supportive

Cons

My client is very hard to work with and manipulative. My hours are also constantly cut short by her, so I never quite reach 40 a week.
