Pros

The employees and consumers are a real pleasure to work with. Some programs are pretty laid back.

Cons

Upper management ignores the concerns of both clients and employees. Upper management has and will quickly throw employees under the bus to avoid accepting any kind of responsibilty for themselves and refuses to accept that consumers can be at fault at times. Unreasonable expectations of employees - will pressure people to do things they do not want to do. Dungarvin is a for-profit organization (a fact that is never made clear) that appears to care, but in reality will do whatever it takes to ensure they save a dollar - going so far to expect employees to use their own resources. Many policies are rigged against lower-tier employees. The pay is pathetic compared to similar organizations and benefits could definitely be better.

Hi, as part of the Talent Acquisition team here in the National office; I am very sorry to hear about your on going experience with your supervisor and lack of feeling appreciated! Please reach out to your local HR team to discuss your concerns, learn your rights, and advocate for our clients and your teammates. Our DSP's and field staff are the heart of our business; and you should be heard! If you do not have a local HR representative please let us me know so I get you in contact with someone to discuss further and investigate all matters.

Hi, as part of the Talent Acquisition team here in the National office; I am very glad to hear you love working for us! Wow great to hear you like our training program; because we are actually working to make it even more robust, web based (so your yearly trainings can be done from the comfort of your home) and include leadership training! I'm glad that you noted the "home" because thats our goal, is a home tailored to our clients; that either you or I would want to live in. Thats why we allow them to pick out paint colors, decorate how they want and have the same comfy couch that we would have in our home too! Did you know we also allow clients to have pets?! Pretty neat. Not sure what state you are located in; but we are always re-structuring the different states that we are in to better assist business needs. Please always remember that re-location is possible to help drive your career!
