Pros

I've had a tremendous amount of experience in the industry and DUO ranks up there as on of the best places to work. I continue to enjoy coming to work every day working to build great things and solving customer challenges. The employees, culture, and management make it a great place to work and hope to continue my career here for many years to come.

Cons

Rapid growth creates a few challenges, but management is working to constantly evolve and fix these problems. Good to have, just need to be able to work through them as DUO continues to grow.

Amazing Company, Great Product

Pros

Duo is by far the best company I have worked for in my 10 or so years in IT. The culture here is innovative and very collaborative. C-Level leadership is effective and extremely approachable.

Cons

No real disadvantages that I have seen within Duo. I am sure as Duo grows, there will be challenges, but I am confident that Duo will continue to grow and will become a well recognized leader in the security space.

Relaxed culture where you can truly be yourself, motivating coworkers and managers, a true work hard/play hard environment (as cliche as that sounds). Everyone is devoted and working towards the same goal.

Cons

Very, very fast paced environment. Sink or swim!
