Very smart and friendly people who truly believe in a great mission. There's a lot of opportunities to have real positive impact and career growth in a fast-moving and inclusive environment. Great compensation, generous benefits, and flexible hours.

Cons

Education is important. Free access to high-quality education is _key_. Duolingo's focus on language education is proof of its commitment with the greater good. The company culture is the best I've experienced in my 20+ professional career. There's never a shortage of rewarding challenges to work on.
