Pros

- Duolingo's mission of providing free language education to the world is incredible, and it's very motivating to come into work every day and contribute to that. - The team is excellent. It's clear that everyone who works here is passionate and committed to what they do. Things get done quickly, and they get done well. It's also been great to see how much career growth matters; if you do great work here, you definitely have a path to grow within the company. - Overall fantastic company culture. The family-like atmosphere at Duolingo has made me feel welcome as a fairly new team member, and the perks are very generous.

Cons

Do bad winters and food comas count?
