Pros

Dupont is very focused on customer service/customer experience. For the most part this transfers between team members. Insurance is one of the best in the area. We have three health systems in our region and our insurance is the best. The building was build in 2002 and has relatively new equipment. The main focus is on maternal and infants. We have the highest delivery rate in the city among all hospitals.

Cons

Dupont is very focused on customer service/customer experience. Management will ALWAYS take the customer's side. They are stingy with staffing. The management is not very supportive of individual concerns.
