Staff that push you to genuinely be better in all aspects of your life; couldn't have asked for a better job in college; incredible coworkers, work events, conferences, and environment. If you want to climb somewhere, and are prepared to drink in the company culture, this is the place for you. Some truly amazing opportunities await.

Cons

Climbing in the company adds to the demands; work/life balance not clearly stated or worked around; franchises vary wildly, and during my time here, this company was still in the process of figuring out what it wanted to be. Sometimes unrealistic expectations. Turnover got a little out of hand, but that was expected in a college town.

The atmosphere is fun, you'll meet a lot of cool people and make friends, and you'll get all the free coffee you can drink.

Cons

The pay is just about as low as it could be, and there's not a lot of room to move up in the company unless you are in for the long haul. Even then, chances are not great of making this job into anything close to a career.
