Great place to work, with great people

Pros

I work with a bunch of very smart people, and I'm always learning new things. I don't feel like it'd be possible to stagnate here. There are multiple clear paths for career growth/advancement that my manager and I sync on regularly. Work/life balance is good. There have been periods where I've worked after hours, but it's usually because I've wanted to finish something of my own accord. I've never been required to work late hours, and on-call is relatively stable.

Cons

Some lack of transparency around recent layoffs, but it's still early so hopefully more information will be given soon.

Great workplace

Pros

Competitive compensation, great people, good work/life balance, lots of fun projects.

Cons

Some pieces of the legacy codebase are frustrating to work around. The engineering culture hasn't been super modernized. No 401k matching.
