      * Rapid growth can be stressful for some. * High expectations for output, but that was well communicated during interview process.

      Lots of energy, lots of growth, great people, definitely would recommend Dutchie.

      Cons

      A lot of growth so things change fast, for me I actually enjoy this but it is definitely very fast paced. Lots of new hires right now so things change pretty often.
