Pros

Dwelo's a good place for culture, it's people are really what's unbeatable there. Loved working with multiple teams and enjoyed a lot of aspects.

Cons

Dwelo probably pays 20% less than market rate for their positions even though they raised a lot of money with Level last year, not much improvement You'll be doing a lot of work outside your job scope as it's still a start up
