      -Very supportive team environment--people are willing to take the time to support their coworkers personally and professionally -Exposure to a wide variety of projects -Opportunities to tailor your projects to your strengths and interests -Frequent cross-functional projects and interactions provide a wholistic view of the business -Management is receptive to feedback from employees -New executives in the sales/marketing departments are driving a lot of positive change
